These are excellent! I wasn’t expecting too much since most “healthy” muffins aren’t so fabulous, but these taste exactly like regular muffins. You don’t taste the cauliflower at all. And both my 3 and 6 year old picky eaters approved of them which is really quite amazing. I’m going to add some chocolate chips next time.

Just replace the protein with more flour and I think it should be fine!

I just took these out of the oven, waited a few minutes to cool a bit. They are delicious, love all ingredients, and super easy to make. You would never know that there is cauliflower in them OMG will be making again. Love your recipes and following your beautiful family. Thank you for all you do.
